By participating in the Visidex Referral Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility: The referred individual or business must be a new client to Visidex and must not have previously contacted, been referred to, or engaged with Visidex in any capacity.
2. Referral Submission: To be eligible for a reward, you must submit your referral using the official referral form on our website. We must be able to track the referral to your submission.
3. Reward Qualification: A $500 gift card will be issued only after:
   • The referred client signs a paid contract with Visidex.
   • The initial payment toward the project has been received and successfully processed.
4. Payout Timeline: Gift cards will be delivered via email or physical mail within 30 days of the referred client's first payment.
5. Unlimited Referrals: There is no limit to how many referrals you can submit or how many rewards you can earn, provided each referred client meets all eligibility requirements.
6. Non-Transferable: Referral rewards are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied as credit toward your own services with Visidex.
7. No Self-Referrals: You may not refer yourself or your own company to qualify for a gift card.
8. Program Changes: Visidex reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
9. Combining Offers: This program may not be combined with any other promotional discounts or special offers.
10. Fraudulent Referrals: Any attempt to game the system with false or misleading referrals will result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of all pending rewards.
